It’s time to vote for a new board! All members in good standing will receive a ballot by mail. In case you misplace yours or you’d like to download and print your own, please feel free to do so using the link below. You can vote for up to 9 members and there are plenty of spaces to write in your own candidates.
This year you have the option to submit your ballot at our convenient drop box mounted to the clubhouse. The drop box is white and is located in the front covered area to the right of the french doors. Or you can return by mail to Johnsons Landing Racquet and Swim Club Association, Inc. PO BOX 71221 Marietta, GA, 30007. You can also submit your ballot in person at the board meeting on Sunday, October 11 at 7pm. If you choose to mail in your ballot, please allow enough time for it to be delivered to our PO Box prior to October 11.

Please make sure you also return your proxy if you are not able to attend the annual meeting in person. Your proxy is used to establish a quorum at the annual meeting in the event there is a tie after the ballots are tabulated. At least 35 responses are required to establish a quorum (defined as 25% of membership, currently around 135 eligible households). The proxy is the second page of the ballot.
